Returns Policy

At Canine Curiosity, we pour our love and care into every item we send out, and we hope you and your curious canine are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we've made the process simple and clear.

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or store credit.

All returns must be unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them in, with all labels attached.

To initiate a return, please send us an email to info@caninecuriositystore.ie and we will provide return information directly. 

·       Items returned within 14 days of being received will receive a full refund, excluding delivery charges

·       Items returned between 14 and 30 days of delivery date with receive store credit to the value of the return, excluding delivery charges

·       We cannot provide refunds for returns received after 30 days

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal). We aim to process all refunds within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Exchange Policy

For simplicity and speed, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please follow the return process above for a refund or store credit, and then place a new order for the desired item at any time.
